At Dog Style Modality, we want every pup parent to feel 100% happy with their purchase. We carefully inspect every product before shipping, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we are here to make it right. 🐾


📅 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are only available for damaged or defective items.
  • You must request your refund within 12 days from the delivery date.
  • Evidence is required: clear photos and videos taken on the day you opened the package.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (except for the damage reported).

🔎 How to Request a Refund

  1. Send us an email at support@dogstylemodality.com within 12 days of delivery.
  2. Attach photos and/or videos showing the issue with your item upon opening.
  3. Include your order number and contact details so we can verify your purchase.

💡 Refund Process

Once we receive and review your claim: - If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. - Refunds may take 2–3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

  • Requests made after the 12-day window.
  • Items without proper evidence of damage (photos/videos).
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery.
  • Orders where the wrong size or color was chosen by the customer (please check our size chart carefully before ordering 🐶).
